San Diego Humane Society and Chula Vista Animal Care Facility will be offering the following services to pet owners in need: free pet supplies, *free and low cost spay/neuter appointments, discounted vaccines for dog and cats ($10 for rabies and $10 for distempter combo [DHPP for dogs and FVRCP for cats]}, discounted microchips ($15), free pet behavior and training tips and dog licensing (bring rabies certificate).
